Outdoor Flea Market

Saturday, August 14^th ~ 9 am to 3 pm
(rain or shine)

Browse through a variety of vendors who offer antiques, glassware, vintage items and more. You never know what you might find!

The church also will also have a collection of items for sale in Fellowship Hall.

Food will be available throughout the day at the church-operated Food Court. Morning goodies and coffee followed by grilled lunch items with cold beverage and home-made baked goods!

VENDOR INFORMATION

Our flea will be held Saturday, August 14th, rain or shine. Many of you have participated in past years and we look forward to seeing you again.  If this is your first time being a vendor with us, Welcome!

The Market will be held on Marvin Field, the large church green located on Route 154, just as you enter Deep River from the South. 20' x 20' spaces are available for $25, and you can reserve yours by clicking here to download the reservation form and returning it to the church office as soon as possible. Note your top three choices and include your check so that we can accommodate your preferences. Checks should be made payable to First Congregational Church of Deep River.  The correct mailing address is P.O. Box 246, Deep River, 06417.

The diagram of Marvin Field, which is included with the reservation form will give you an idea of the church lawn with space numbers noted. We will try to provide the space you have chosen, but if that is not available, we will have selecte another spot for you.

The Flea market will be advertised in all local papers (Hartford, New Haven, Middletown, Hamden, New London, Norwich, Old Saybrook) also on WLIS, Internet and cable TV.

Food will be availabe throughout the day at the church-operated Food Court.

Finding Our Church

The Deep River Congregational Church is located at 1 Church Street, Deep River, Connecticut. The church is two blocks south of the Main Street stoplight in the center of town just across from the post office. We are just a minute from both Exit 4 and Exit 5 off Connecticut Route 9.

From the North:

Take Route 9 South to Exit 5.  At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left toward the center of Deep River.  At the blinking light (Fire Station is on your right), turn right onto Union Street.  Proceed about 2 blocks and you will find the church and parking lot on your left.

From the South:

Take Route 9 North to Exit 4.  At the bottom of the exit ramp (stop light) turn left toward Deep River center.  Continue on Middlesex Turnpike (Main street) through the next traffic light.  The church will be just ahead on your left.  You may park on Church Street or in the parking lot in the rear.
