VENDOR INFORMATION:

Spaces:

NEW THIS YEAR – The Fair will be held outside on the green in front of the church located at 1 Church Street, Deep River, CT weather permitting. Vendors will be assigned outside spaces as well as a backup inside space in case we need to move inside. This event will be held rain or shine.

size: 12'x12' wide (inside space approx. 10' wide by various depths)
cost: $25 per space
tables (if needed; indoor only rain event):  additional $5 each on a first request basis

General Info:

We are conveniently located off of Route 9 in Deep River.  Ample parking in the rear of the Church. Our doors open promplty at 9 am.

Locally grown garden & veggie plants in our plant booth and homemade goodies at our bake sale. 

Our Mother's Day Café will be serving breakfast/lunch this year starting at 9:00 am; menu to include frittata (egg dish - choice of ham/cheese or broccoli) with a side salad and peanut butter & jelly with chips for the youngsters. Beverages will include coffee, tea, lemonade or water.

Finding Our Church

The Deep River Congregational Church is located at 1 Church Street, Deep River, Connecticut. The church is two blocks south of the Main Street stoplight in the center of town just across from the post office. We are just a few minutes from both Exit 4 and Exit 5 off Connecticut Route 9.

From the North:

Take Route 9 South to Exit 5.  At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left toward the center of Deep River.  At the four way stop (Fire Station is on your right), turn right onto Union Street.  Proceed about 2 blocks and you will find the church and parking lot on your left.

From the South:

Take Route 9 North to Exit 4.  At the bottom of the exit ramp (stop light) turn left toward Deep River center.  Continue on Middlesex Turnpike (Main Street) through the next traffic light.  The church will be just ahead on your left.  You may park on Church Street or in the parking lot in the rear.
